Jump, fly, and survive in Dashmetry, a fast-paced rhythm platformer where every move syncs to the beat. Dodge spikes, gears, and gravity traps across wild levels that test your timing and reflexes.

What Is Dashmetry?

Dashmetry drops you into a neon world where a cube races forward on its own and your only job is to keep it alive. The twist? Every jump, flip, and flight lines up with an intense soundtrack. One mistimed click sends you crashing into spikes, saws, or worse, so success comes from feeling the beat rather than just reacting.

The game packs six main difficulty tiers, from Easy rounds with one or two stars all the way up to Demon levels rated thirteen stars and beyond. Hazards shift constantly: gravity flips upside down, your cube shrinks or grows, and portals teleport you into unknown danger. Between the music and the mayhem, Dashmetry hooks players who want a real test of reflex and rhythm.

Core Features

  • One-button controls: Click, tap space, or press the up arrow to do everything.
  • Rhythm-driven action: Your moves match the soundtrack, so listening matters as much as looking.
  • Varied hazards: Spikes, gears, monsters, gravity switches, size changes, and more keep levels unpredictable.
  • Deep replay value: Retry levels to shave off mistakes, or build your own in the level editor.
  • Custom looks: Unlock icons, colors, and effects by finishing missions.
  • Community levels: Share creations and play maps built by other players.

How to Play

Basic Rules

Your cube runs forward automatically. Guide it to the finish line without hitting anything. One crash ends the run instantly. Timing jumps to the music helps you survive longer and spot patterns before they appear.

Controls and Mechanics

Action How It Works
Jump Click, space, or up arrow
Continuous jump Hold the key for repeated hops
Fly Hold to rise, release to fall
Zigzag flight Tap or hold with precise timing
Jump rings Press as your icon touches the ring
Speed portals Hold to launch, release to land
Pads and portals Tap or guide through with planned leaps

Tips for New Players

  • Start on Easy or Normal levels to learn how obstacles flow.
  • Let the music guide you rather than staring at the screen alone.
  • Repeat tricky sections in Practice Mode before attempting a full run.
  • Watch how experienced players handle hard parts in community videos.
  • Stay calm on fast sections; panic causes more mistakes than the speed itself.

Level Editor and Community

Dashmetry includes a full editor where you place spikes, portals, music triggers, and more. After building a level, upload it for others to try. Playing community maps adds nearly endless content beyond the official levels, and studying popular creations teaches advanced techniques you might not discover alone.
